Diana Gil
Associate
Ms. Gil is an attorney in the firm’s real estate law group. Her practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including negotiation and handling of closing transactions. Diana regularly represents real estate developers, mortgage lenders as well as buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties. In addition, Diana frequently serves a counsel to landlords, tenants, condominium and homeowner associations.
Before joining Griffin Law LLC, Diana worked at a medium-sized firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate and business matters, and leasing. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree from Regis College and earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Gil and her family reside in Reading.
